The fever profile includes tests that aid in the diagnosis of the cause of fever. Alanine aminotransferase (ALT/SGPT), Complete urine examination, Complete blood count (CBC), Erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), Malarial antigen (Vivax and Falciparum), Peripheral smear for malarial parasite (MP), and Typhoid IgM test are some of the tests performed. This package is especially recommended if you have a fever that won't go away and you don't know what's causing it (fever of unknown origin).
